Job Opportunity Announcement
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat is seeking motivated, qualified, and experienced Tanzanian citizens to fill 166 vacant positions at the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT), the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), and the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA). Dynamic individuals with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply for these roles.

Key Application Guidelines:

  1. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged 45 or below, except those in public service.
  2. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should indicate their status clearly in the portal.
  3. Submit an up-to-date CV with reliable contacts, postal address, email, and phone numbers.
  4. Applications should align with the information provided in the advertisement.
  5. Attach certified copies of all relevant certificates, including:
    • Postgraduate, degree, diploma, and certificate credentials.
    • National Form IV and Form VI certificates.
    • Professional registration certificates from applicable regulatory bodies (if relevant).
    • Birth certificate.
  6. The following documents will not be accepted:
    • Form IV and Form VI result slips.
    • Testimonials or partial transcripts.
  7. Recent passport-sized photos must be uploaded to the recruitment portal.
  8. Applicants in public service must route their application through their employer.
  9. Retired public servants are not eligible to apply.
  10. Provide three reliable referees with contact information.
  11. Foreign certificates should be verified by NECTA (for O-Level and A-Level) and by TCU or NACTE (for university or technical education).
