What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate the swift resolution of customer issues, ensuring service efficiency within 48 hours.
- Manage walk-in customer service, including receiving and returning serviced units.
- Monitor and assign service tickets while maintaining regular updates to ensure no delays.
- Educate customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Who We’re Looking For:
You should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of solar products is a bonus!
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
KPIs That Define Success in This Role:
- Resolve cases within 48 hours (CTAT).
- Ensure 90% efficiency in service visit turnaround (SVT).
- Maintain fewer than 10% long-term pending tickets.
- Make at least 70 outbound calls daily to support customer needs.
