Title: Branch Sales Team Leader
Vacant position: 6
Work Station: Bukoba, Kasulu, Mpanda, Sumbawanga, Nachingwea & Ifakara
Basic Job Functions:
- Recruitment, training and coach the Sales Team
- Ensure Team achievement of Sales Targets
- Ensure the portfolio is performing within the Company standards
- Timely submission of Reports.
Job Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Additional attributes:
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
- Good Customer care skills
- Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
