The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the National Insurance Corporation (NIC), is pleased to inform all job applicants that the interview process is scheduled to begin on 21st October 2024, with successful candidates to be assigned workstations upon passing the interview. Applicants invited to the interview should carefully follow these guidelines:
Key Interview Guidelines:
- Interview Date & Venue: Interviews will be conducted from the date indicated in this announcement. The time and location for each category of interview are specified.
- Face Masks: Every candidate must wear a face mask (mask) upon arrival at the interview venue.
- Identification: Candidates must present a valid form of identification for verification purposes. Acceptable IDs include:
- Resident ID
- Voter ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Identification letter from the local government office (Mtaa/Village).
- Original Certificates: Candidates should bring original certificates, starting from:
- Birth Certificate
- Certificates for Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and higher (depending on the qualifications of the applicant).
- Disallowed Documents: Documents such as Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV, and Form VI results slips will not be accepted. Candidates presenting these documents will not proceed with the interview.
- Personal Expenses: Each candidate will bear their own costs for food, transport, and accommodation.
- Adherence to Schedule: Candidates must adhere to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
- Foreign Qualification Verification: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Unsuccessful Applicants: Those whose names are not listed in this announcement should recognize that they did not meet the required criteria and are encouraged to apply again in future job openings.
- Professional Board Registration: Applicants from professions requiring registration with professional boards must bring their original registration certificates and valid work licenses.
- Exam Numbers: All candidates invited to the interview should log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers in advance, as these will not be provided on the interview day.
