The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Julius K. Nyerere University of Agriculture and Technology (MJNUAT) wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from September 14, 2024, to September 18, 2024. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective job positions after the interviews. Interviewees are required to adhere to the following instructions:
- Interview Dates and Locations: The interviews will be held as specified in this announcement. The time and location for each position are outlined.
- Identification: Each candidate must present an identification document for verification.
- Acceptable Identification Documents: Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Resident ID
- Voter ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Original Certificates: Candidates must bring their ORIGINAL certificates, including the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and any additional qualifications as per the applicant’s requirements.
- Documents Not Accepted: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and Form IV and VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and candidates presenting these will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- Expenses: Candidates are responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
- Appointment Adherence: Candidates must adhere to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
- Verification for International Qualifications: Applicants who have studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and accredited by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Unlisted Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement are advised that they do not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when new positions are announced and to ensure they meet the requirements stated in the job advertisements.
- Professional Registration: For positions requiring registration with professional boards, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL registration certificates and work licenses.
- Examination Numbers: All candidates invited to the interview should ensure they log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
