About Anza
Anza plays a pivotal role in the Tanzanian entrepreneurial landscape by facilitating access to crucial capital through AGF Microfinance and Investment services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Capital Access Strategy: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance capital accessibility for entrepreneurs.
- Financial Management: Oversee fund management, deal sourcing, credit assessment, and financial modeling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AGF Microfinance to ensure efficient investment facilitation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in fund management, deal sourcing, or financial management roles.
- Education: Strong background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in preparing investment data rooms and financial models.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Swahili is essential.
