The University of California San Francisco (UCSF), through a cooperative agreement with the CDC-Tanzania funded by PEPFAR, provides strategic information technical assistance to the Ministry of Health (MoH) and PEPFAR implementing partners. UCSF seeks to conduct two key assessments across various regions in Tanzania:
Enhanced Adherence Counseling (EAC): Assessing challenges and opportunities within the EAC cascade to improve implementation in Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, and Morogoro.
ACCESS Study: Evaluating HIV prevention, care, and treatment services for fishing and mining communities in Kagera and Geita.
