Job Summary:
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, providing strategic financial planning and guidance, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the organization’s goals.
2. Manage the budgeting process and financial forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve financial performance.
4. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with regulations and standards.
5. Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial transactions to optimize financial operations.
6. Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.
7. Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Director of Finance.
3. Strong understanding of financial data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Expertise in financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
7. Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
