Job Purpose:

To lead the ERP team in developing, implementing, and optimizing the organization’s ERP system to streamline business processes and support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic ERP Leadership:

  • Develop and execute an ERP strategy that supports GSM Group’s digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other technological advancements within the organization.

ERP System Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system to ensure stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to customize and improve ERP functionalities.

Change Management and Training:

  • Lead change management activities related to ERP system updates and modifications.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff competency in utilizing the ERP system.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate ERP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between IT and other business units for ERP system matters.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

  • Provide timely resolution to ERP system issues and technical glitches.
  • Offer expert guidance and solutions to user queries and operational challenges.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain ERP-generated reports for business insights.
  • Analyze ERP data to support strategic decision-making and report key findings to management.

Continuous Improvement and System Updates:

  • Proactively seek and implement system enhancements for better performance.
  • Keep the ERP system up-to-date with the latest software updates and patches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  •  Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification ( Finance Functional Consultant AssociateBusiness Central)
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems in a medium to large organization.
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing and upgrading ERP systems.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP system architecture and principles

Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Change management proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
