We are urgently looking for a Professional Finance Manager (Consultant) with proven experience in the hospitality sector (lodges & hotels) to support our financial operations and drive business insights.

Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Engagement: Consultant (Short-term/Project-based with potential for long-term)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and advise on financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Analyze lodge financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue management, and cost-efficiency measures
  • Assist in creating financial reports and audits as per hospitality standards
  • Implement or improve accounting systems, processes, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory frameworks
  • Support lodge management in aligning financial strategy with operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, at least 3 in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality revenue systems, POS, and PMS software
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently across multiple properties
  • Available to work both remotely and on-site as required
