Role Overview:
AutoXpress Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Corporate Customer Service Executive for the Southwest Zone (Mbeya, Njombe, Rukwa, Ruvuma, and Songwe). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the corporate customer portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. The Corporate Customer Service Executive will report directly to the General Manager – Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and support existing customers through regular calls and visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend and select suitable products based on customer needs, and cross-sell additional products by emphasizing their benefits.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential new customers through market research and leads from existing clients.
- Communication: Keep customers informed about new products, services, and special developments.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and address any complaints efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, including competitor and customer surveys, to identify emerging customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports, including customer feedback, to the branch or sales manager.
- Sales Strategy Contribution: Participate in developing the company’s sales strategy, including preparing sales forecasts.
- Credit Control: Oversee the credit control function, ensuring all transactions are handled responsibly.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all customer information.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with an emphasis on sales and marketing as a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer service assistant within AutoXpress, or 2-3 years in a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
