Position Overview:
The Sales Manager (General Insurance) will be responsible for promoting, negotiating, and closing contracts, while managing multiple projects and competing priorities. The role demands strong business development strategies and proficiency in digital marketing and sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies for general insurance.
- Promote, negotiate, and close insurance contracts with clients.
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and attention to detail.
- Use digital marketing and sales tools effectively.
- Lead sales teams across multiple regions to achieve targets.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Knowledge of business development strategies and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Marketing Option).
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with digital marketing and sales tools.
- Certification in an insurance-related field.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
