Job Vacancies Announcement: New Employment Opportunities at Kasulu Town Council for 2023/2024

The Director of Kasulu Town has received authorization for new employment opportunities for the fiscal year 2023/2024 from the Permanent Secretary of the President’s Office for Public Service Management and Good Governance. The authorization was issued under reference number FA.228/613/01/C/021 dated June 25, 2024.

Eligible Tanzanians are invited to apply for the following position:

Position: Record Management Assistant II (Re-advertised) – 1 Post

Job Responsibilities:

1. Registering all incoming letters in the Incoming Correspondence Register.
2. Registering outgoing letters in the Outgoing Correspondence Register.
3. Distributing files to action officers.
4. Receiving files returned to the registry from action officers.
5. Locating and retrieving records or files requested by officers.
6. Filing documents in file racks or other designated storage locations.
7. Monitoring the circulation of files within and outside the institution (File tracking).

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Form IV or Form VI education certificate.
• Must hold a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a recognized institution.

Salary Scale:

• According to the government salary structure, TGS C.

General Requirements:

1. Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45.
