🌟 Field Operation Officers (Trainees)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance for site equipment
• Ensure efficient use of consumables and spares
• Uphold SHEQ standards and promote a safe working environment
• Support generator service and site optimizations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

🌟 Field Operation Officers (Experienced)

Responsibilities:

• Lead preventative and corrective site maintenance, ensuring SHEQ compliance
• Manage generator servicing and data integrity
• Conduct site PM and CM as per SLA
• Supervise expenditures, reconcile on time, and participate in performance evaluations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in related field
• Leadership skills, proactive approach, and familiarity with BTS site installations
• Registered with EWURA and ERB
