📌 Role Purpose:

Save the Children is seeking a Grants and Project Officer for the EU Vijana Plus Project in Tanzania. The Grants and Project Officer will support the Program Manager in managing the award and overseeing day-to-day project implementation. This role will involve coordinating with youth-led organizations, government entities, and other stakeholders, fostering local partnerships, and ensuring timely project monitoring, financial, and narrative reporting.

• Collaborate with youth, youth-led organizations, and government stakeholders for effective project implementation.
• Support project monitoring, financial management, and reporting processes.
• Facilitate partnerships with local organizations to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare accurate financial and narrative reports as required by the Program Manager.

📋 Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in grant management, project implementation, and working with youth organizations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including government and non-profit entities.
