🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Collaborate with site parts and service teams to fulfill customer needs and improve communication regarding parts availability, estimated shipping date (ESD), and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
• Parts Management: Oversee daily activities like quotations, orders, invoicing, and parts collection, providing real-time updates on order status and delivery.
• Financial Oversight: Manage customer Statements of Account (SOA) to ensure smooth payments and prevent overdue debt.
• Inventory and Process Management: Supervise core inspections, recommend stock adjustments, and maintain an updated parts catalog.
• Customer Engagement: Schedule regular meetings with customers to address supply chain issues and assess the performance of the parts agreement.
• Business Development: Promote additional business services such as component rebuilds, machine subscriptions, and incremental services like Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Undercarriage Components (UC).

🏆 Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in mining parts sales.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong delegation and teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with CAT SIS, TMI, Parts Vis., and related systems.
