Job Purpose:

Drive the bank’s retail sales objectives by engaging in customer visits, selling products and services, and deepening relationships with both new and existing clients while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through referrals, door-to-door visits, and scheduled appointments.
• Open new bank accounts and collect account opening fees.
• Register and educate customers on Akiba Mobile and self-service channels.
• Ensure all accounts opened meet the required KYC standards.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Generate leads, upsell, and cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
• Participate in sales campaigns, special projects, and promotional events.
• Identify repeat business opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market strategies.
• Ensure safekeeping of marketing materials and working tools.
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of direct sales strategies.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to build and manage customer relationships.
• Comfortable working outdoors and flexible with non-standard business hours.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Business-related fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
• Open exclusively for fresh graduates of 2024.
