Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and expanding business operations to ensure sustained growth.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying strategies to increase profitability.
  • Evaluating and enhancing sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Identifying and developing new business lines based on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to boost market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and industry partnerships.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients and networking opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing deals that align with long-term revenue goals.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to align growth strategies.
  • Assessing opportunities for joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions to maximize business potential.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Competency in identifying profitable business opportunities and advising on joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
