Core Driller & Water Pump Attendant

Core Driller

• Ref: JHCL/CD/01/20
• Duty Station: Mine Site – Mbinga, Ruvuma
• Reports to: Mine Geologist

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling machines and collect core samples.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor operations and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• Ordinary Secondary Education Certificate (CSEE).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in core drilling.
• Valid heavy equipment operator’s license.

Water Pump Attendant

• Ref: JHCL/WPA/01/20
• Duty Station: Mine Site – Mbinga, Ruvuma
• Reports to: Workshop and Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water pumps and hoses.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure functionality of equipment.

Qualifications

• Form Four education or VETA training.
• At least 1 year of experience in mining operations.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
