Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with certification in Air Transport Management or similar fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare crew schedules, ensuring compliance with TCAA regulations.
- Monitor crew performance and adjust rosters to meet operational demands.
- Handle disruption management and flight scheduling issues.
Contract: 10 years
