The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the foundation’s programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program coordination and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Development
- Collaborate with the team to design and plan programs that align with the foundation’s mission and goals.
- Create work plans, budgets, and schedules for program activities.
- Program Implementation
- Coordinate the execution of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage resources effectively to meet program objectives.
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Track the progress of programs and prepare regular reports on outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to measure impact and inform program improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain communication with community leaders, beneficiaries, and partners to ensure the success of the programs.
- Represent the foundation in meetings and discussions with key stakeholders.
- Team Coordination
- Supervise program staff, ensuring effective communication within teams.
- Provide training and mentorship to program staff when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in program coordination, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Personal Attributes:
- Results-oriented and proactive.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
