Position Summary:
Yas Tanzania is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of B2B Pre-Sales Engineering to lead the development of tailored, client-focused solutions. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven presales experience in a technology-driven organization.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team to develop customized technical solutions that address client challenges and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pre-sales engineering strategy aligned with the company’s B2B goals.
- Engage in key client meetings to understand their technical requirements and design effective solutions.
- Oversee the Bid Management unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client specifications and timelines.
- Identify and manage technical risks, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place.
- Align business technology requirements with the annual budget and corporate strategy while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Develop a long-term technology requirement roadmap based on market trends and business growth strategies.
- Support the Chief Business Officer in managing the unit’s CAPEX budget and resource allocation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the unit’s performance against business objectives.

- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
