Role Overview: Legal Services Intern
TADB seeks a Legal Services Intern to assist its Legal Services Unit. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and compliance within a dynamic financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts, loan documents, and legal agreements.
Conduct legal research using databases and compile reports.
Investigate statutory registers for legal status on loan applications and securities.
Ensure compliance with statutory registrations and pre-disbursement conditions.
Assist in maintaining and organizing legal documents and files.
Provide support in meetings and collaborate with the Legal Officer to uphold regulatory standards.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Ability to implement directives effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Education: University graduate in Law.
Certification: Admission or qualification for admission as an Advocate of the High Court. Completion of Law School is advantageous.
Proficient in computer applications.
