Lending Analytics and Modelling Lead

As the Lending Analytics and Modelling Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping NBC’s data strategy. Your expertise will guide the transformation of raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Harness advanced data analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design and implement predictive and statistical models to support decision-making processes.
• Develop impactful visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data-driven stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and consolidation of data from diverse sources.
• Conduct data quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability in all analytics outputs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring emerging technologies, tools, and techniques in data analytics.
• Produce detailed documentation for all analytical processes and outcomes to foster transparency and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in analytical systems, data designs, and modelling within lending or financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL, data mining techniques, and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven ability to align analytics solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and visualization tools.
• Strong statistical analysis capabilities to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
