Lodge Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the reservation department regarding client arrivals and departures.
- Welcome clients, provide briefings about the lodge, ensure high-quality guest services, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain staff motivation, enforce high work standards, and uphold company procedures.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and lodge grounds for cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
- Oversee staff duties to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations.
- Manage back-of-house operations, including maintenance and asset management.
- Oversee staff schedules and movements per company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in the hospitality industry, with prior lodge management experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in English, strong leadership and communication skills, and guest-oriented service.
- Attributes: Positive attitude, flexibility, reliability, and a hospitable demeanor.
- Age: 35–45 years old.
