Lodge Manager Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the reservation department regarding client arrivals and departures.
• Welcome clients, provide briefings about the lodge, ensure high-quality guest services, and resolve complaints.
• Maintain staff motivation, enforce high work standards, and uphold company procedures.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and lodge grounds for cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
• Oversee staff duties to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations.
• Manage back-of-house operations, including maintenance and asset management.
• Oversee staff schedules and movements per company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in the hospitality industry, with prior lodge management experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, strong leadership and communication skills, and guest-oriented service.
• Attributes: Positive attitude, flexibility, reliability, and a hospitable demeanor.
• Age: 35–45 years old.
