We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations for our growing Ecommerce platform. If you have a passion for logistics management, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligning with company objectives to ensure smooth operations.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee warehousing, cataloging, and stock control, ensuring proper storage, quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Order Cycle Management: Direct and optimize the entire order cycle from purchase to delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Supplier & Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers for streamlined operations.
• Transport Coordination: Plan and manage transportation routes and shipment processing while optimizing cost and delivery speed.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as stock levels, delivery times, costs, and operational efficiency, while using data to drive improvements.
• Workforce Management: Supervise, train, and coach the warehouse workforce to maintain productivity and operational excellence.
• Compliance & Problem-Solving: Ensure compliance with logistics standards and resolve any arising operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Logistics Manager with a focus on Ecommerce platforms.
• Software Skills: Proficient in logistics software and warehouse management tools.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead and manage staff, ensuring productivity and motivation.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets for cost, accuracy, and timeliness.
