Position: Operations and Product Support Specialist – 1 Post

Job Role
As the Operations and Product Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of ASAMTL’s Digital Financial Services (DFS). Your expertise will contribute to maintaining product reliability, addressing technical issues, and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for ASAMTL’s digital financial products, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Vendor and IT Collaboration:
- Work closely with vendors and internal IT teams to implement updates and roll out new product features.
- Team Training:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for internal teams on digital product functionalities and enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor product performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Banking, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in digital product support or operations management.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
