Internship: Research Officer/Scientist (6 Positions)

Are you a passionate researcher looking to make an impact? Join the Malaria Atlas Project (MAP) Dar es Salaam Node and contribute to subnational risk mapping, advanced modeling, and malaria research across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct research, data collection, and statistical analysis.
✅ Support malaria control programs and collaborate with stakeholders.
✅ Gain expertise in programming, data visualization, and modeling.
✅ Work on small research projects with time-bound deliverables.

Who Can Apply?

🎓 Recent graduates or postgraduates in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields.

Required Skills:

🔹 Proficiency in R, Python, QGIS, and data analytics.
🔹 Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
🔹 Multilingual skills (English, Swahili, French, Portuguese) are an advantage.
