• Certificate in any field, preferably in Air Transport Management or Air Ticketing.
• Certification from IATA or UFTAA is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee passenger check-in and boarding processes, ensuring adherence to airline policies.
• Monitor baggage handling and generate weekly reports.
• Maintain high customer service standards, particularly during flight disruptions.
• Conduct audits on service delivery and prepare reports.

Contract: 10 years (Tanzanians only)
