About the Role

Jubilee Health Insurance is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join their sales team as Sales Force Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, promoting and selling a range of health insurance products, and exceeding sales targets. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of the company by providing tailored solutions to meet client needs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of health insurance products.
• Conduct needs assessments to provide personalized solutions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
