š¹ Job Summary
The Senior Procurement Assistant will support procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, compliance, and logistics coordination. The role ensures cost-effective procurement solutions while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā Procurement Execution: Assist in implementing procurement strategies.
ā Vendor Management: Maintain supplier relationships for quality and reliability.
ā Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
ā Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
ā Logistics Coordination: Manage staff movement, flights, and transportation.
ā Market Research: Conduct analysis for informed procurement decisions.
ā Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
ā Documentation: Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports.
š¹ Required Qualifications:
ā
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
ā
Certification: CIPS certification (or in progress) and registration under PSPTB.
ā
Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement (preferably in NGOs or consulting).
ā
Tech Skills: Familiarity with MS Dynamics or any ERP powered by MS Dynamics is an advantage.
ā
Competencies:

ā Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
ā Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
