We are seeking a Visual Merchandise Supervisor to join our vibrant team and play a key role in driving sales through creative and strategic merchandising. If you have a keen eye for design, trend awareness, and the ability to balance aesthetics with commercial success, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately assess inventory balance and implement stock control processes to ensure physical and system stock alignment. Investigate and rectify any discrepancies.
- Visual Excellence: Design and implement captivating store displays, including window arrangements, interior layouts, and signage that align with corporate standards and brand identity.
- Sales Optimization: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan while aligning with regional business strategies. Drive the store team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends and competitor strategies. Share insights with area managers for ongoing sales growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor key metrics like footfall, conversion rates, SKU performance, and average transaction value (ATV) to enhance store performance.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all store operations meet corporate standards, SOPs, and health and safety guidelines.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or VM Manager in a retail setting.
- Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandising skills. Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design software.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and modern VM trends.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership abilities to motivate store teams and drive results.
