Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

  • Ensure all company operations comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
  • Audit company policies, licenses, and permits to maintain full regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the timely renewal of policies, permits, and licenses to avoid penalties.

Asset Management

  • Oversee company assets to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
  • Ensure all assets are insured, and claims for damages are processed promptly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date asset register with records of all assets.
  • Conduct regular physical verification of company assets and report discrepancies.
  • Manage asset disposal processes and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Oversee asset transfers within the organization as per company procedures.

Corporate Relations

  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and external authorities.
  • Assess and improve corporate relations strategies.
  • Ensure all external communications align with company policies and standards.
  • Assist in corporate events and public relations activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR & Administration Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in compliance or corporate relations is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly disciplined, communicative, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
