Key Responsibilities

As a Web & Graphics Designer, you will:

Shape the visual identity of Tabono Consult’s products and brand through innovative design solutions.
Design and produce creative content for online campaigns, social media platforms, print materials, websites, and videos.
Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, mobile applications, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to deliver design solutions aligned with project goals.
Conceptualize and create wireframes, mockups, and layouts that meet branding and usability standards.
Manage website development tasks, particularly content management system (CMS)-based platforms, including creating graphic elements and designing web page layouts.
Edit and create graphics, icons, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance user experiences and simplify complex ideas.
Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for consistent branding across platforms.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and introduce innovative ideas to elevate user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs based on feedback.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web & Graphics Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.

Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
Familiarity with web development tools and CMS platforms.
Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
