The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial management, human resources, and strategic planning of the school. Key Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that the school’s goals are met. Your main tasks will include:
- Strategic Planning & Marketing:
- Contributing to the school’s long-term strategies for sustainability and growth.
- Conducting business analysis and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Administration & Operations:
- Overseeing administrative functions such as procurement, office management, and IT systems.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and managing the administrative team.
- Human Resources Management:
- Leading HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensuring the organization maintains a positive culture and retains top talent.
- Financial Management:
- Overseeing all financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cash flow, and leading audits.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and auditors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business management or administration is required (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in business management with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management, HR practices, and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
