Available Positions:
BMF is hiring for the following three critical roles to help drive its mission of improving health and well-being:
- Business Development Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam (Part-time)
Purpose: Lead and manage the Foundation’s business development initiatives, ensuring the implementation of strategic plans and continuous capacity building for a sustainable future. - Senior Human Resources Officer
Location: Dar es Salaam (Full-time)
Purpose: Support the management of HR functions, including recruitment, staff training, performance management, and ensuring smooth employee relations within the organization. - Senior Finance Officer
Location: Dar es Salaam (Full-time)
Purpose: Oversee financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, with a primary focus on managing USAID finances and grants for the Afya Endelevu Project.
