π About the Role: Partnerships and Reporting Officer
As a Partnerships and Reporting Officer, you will be at the forefront of WFPβs strategic donor engagement and resource mobilization efforts. This role is pivotal in advancing the organizationβs mission to achieve Zero Hunger (SDG 2) and other critical Sustainable Development Goals.
π Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the design and implementation of partnership strategies to support WFP’s strategic goals.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relations with government donors and private partners.
- Analyze data and trends to produce compelling donor reports and evidence-based advocacy materials.
- Prepare high-level policy briefs, speeches, and talking points for senior leadership.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of partners, ensuring donor visibility and compliance.
- Monitor and share intelligence from key systems (e.g., Salesforce, WINGS).
- Support the preparation of strategic agreements, MoUs, and partnership action plans.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation within the team and across sectors.
π Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Masterβs Degree in International Development, Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, Law, or related field. A first-level degree with additional experience is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, donor relations, or public affairs.
- Technical Know-How: Proficiency in data collection, digital analysis tools, and preparation of high-quality reports and proposals.
- Languages: Full fluency in English and Swahili (Level C).
