Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Preparation and Dispensing: Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy staff to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock by ensuring medications are stored appropriately and replenished as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences and registered with the Pharmacy Council.
