Basic Job Functions

• Identify and monitor training needs in the company
• Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fulfill those needs.
• Ensure growth and retention of sales reps
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective training initiatives
• Bachelor Degree in a business related field, education or Human Resource Management.
• Proven experience for at least two years
• Project Management
• Interpersonal and Leadership
• Analytical and Problem-Solving
• Facilitation and Coaching
• Communication and Presentation
