Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Lead sales of tractors, fertilizers, seeds, and agrochemicals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

Customer Relationships & Loan Management:

Team Leadership & Support:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Deliver training on products and sales techniques.
  • Report performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Market Analysis & Networking:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and agricultural events.
  • Collaborate with local government on subsidies and agricultural programs.

What You Bring to the Table

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Certifications in agricultural finance or agribusiness management are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in agricultural sales, with expertise in tractor and input sales.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale farmers and agricultural loan programs.
  • Experience working with financial institutions and local governments.

Skills:
