Position Overview 

We are seeking a Sales Representative with a solid understanding of the building materials market to promote and sell our core product portfolio in Tanzania, including Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC) Blocks and Silicone Sealants. The role involves engaging key clients such as general contractors, real estate developers, façade engineering firms, window & door manufacturers, andbuilding material distributors, providing tailored technical solutions, and managing the full salescyclefrom initial contact through to order fulfillment and payment collection. The ideal candidateholds a bachelors degree, has foundational knowledge of construction materials, demonstratesstrong client acquisition skills, and is fluent in both English and Swahili. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Identify and develop new clients across target markets in Tanzania.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after-salesservice.
  • Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis regularly. Coordinate with Chinese management team when necessary (basic Chinese is a plus). 
Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Bachelors degree required from a recognized university (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred).
  • At least 12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Building materials industry.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili (written and spoken); basic Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Own transportation or valid driving license is preferred.
