Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Officer to oversee and manage human resources functions across our diverse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional who can support the company’s dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Develop and implement training and development programs.
• Support workforce planning across headquarters, tour branches, drivers, and hotel operations.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce across multiple locations.
