• Provide excellent sales and customer service
• Manage stock effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum College Certificate or Ordinary Diploma in a related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and customer service
• Strong sales knowledge and excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with stock management processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
• High level of discipline, trustworthiness, and professionalism
• Clean criminal record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in busy or stressful situations
