Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Stock Manager to oversee and manage our inventory operatis. ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of stock management processes, including setting up and optimizing inventory systems to ensure smooth movement of stock across organizati

Key Respsibilities:

Develop and implement stock management systems to track and mitor inventory levels effectively.
Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Cduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
Analyze stock movement patterns to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
Collaborate with procurement team to forecast stock requirements and place orders accordingly.
Implement systems to streamline stock handling processes, including storage and distributi.
Train and supervise staff involved in stock management activities.
Mitor key metrics related to inventory performance and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in stock handling and storage.

Qualificatis and Experience:

Proven experience in stock management, inventory ctrol, or a related field.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and tools, with experience in system setup and optimizati.
Strg analytical and problem-solving skills with attenti to detail.
Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
Familiarity with wholesale or retail operatis is highly desirable.
Excellent organizatial and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualificatis:

Experience in stock management within food wholesale or supermarket industry.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics processes.
Certificati in inventory management or supply chain management is an advantage.
Respsible for managing store operatis, including recording inventory, receiving stock, and issuing items according to orders.
Must understand principles of effectively organizing stock during receiving and issuing processes.
