Overview
Mnada Spesho, a dynamic and growing startup, is looking for a Tele Sales & Social Media Content Creator to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will manage social media marketing efforts and handle tele-sales and customer service to promote our online auction platform, www.mnadaspesho.co.tz.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tele Sales and Customer Service (50%)
- Reach out to dormant users, encourage engagement, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Promote auction participation to users.
- Assist customers in navigating the Mnada Spesho platform, including troubleshooting accounts or transactions.
- Provide detailed responses to inquiries about the auction process, product listings, and bidding procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing or escalating issues.
- Track customer interactions and feedback, identifying patterns to improve user experience.
2. Social Media Marketing (40%)
- Develop and execute a social media strategy.
- Create and design engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to attract new users and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and engage with social media interactions.
- Analyze social media metrics and refine strategies for better engagement.
- Launch and manage paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and interaction.
3. Other Sales Duties (10%)
- Utilize creative initiatives to drive sales and sign up new users, premium users, and trainers on the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
