Tabono Consult Limited, on behalf of a client in the telecommunications industry, is seeking Telesales Executives to join their dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. We are looking for energetic individuals with a passion for sales who will help drive business growth by closing sales deals over the phone and building strong customer relationships.
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in generating leads, onboarding customers, and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Introduce and explain the company’s platform and services to potential customers over the phone.
- Product Presentation: Clearly present products/services and answer customer queries to ensure a deep understanding of the offerings.
- CRM Management: Update customer information in the database and handle orders efficiently.
- Sales Targets: Work diligently to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Going the Extra Mile: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, contributing to future sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or similar customer service roles.
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets, particularly over the phone.
- Proficiency with relevant computer programs (Excel, CRM systems) and familiarity with mobile technology.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly and convincingly.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Swahili, and Hindi is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Cool under pressure and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.
- Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Must be under 35 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of computers is essential.
