Interview Announcement for Job Applicants
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dodoma would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from October 29, 2024, to October 30, 2024. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective positions upon passing the interview. Applicants who are invited for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:
- Interviews will commence on October 29, 2024, as detailed in the announcement. The exact time and location for each category of applicants have been provided.
- All candidates must bring an identification document for verification purposes.
- Acceptable forms of identification include: Residency ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
- Candidates must present their original certificates, including birth certificate, Form IV and VI certificates, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and any other relevant qualifications.
- Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV & VI slips will not be accepted and candidates presenting these will not proceed with the interview.
- All applicants are responsible for covering their own food, transport, and accommodation costs.
- Candidates must strictly follow the date, time, and location of their interview as specified.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Those whose names are not listed in this announcement did not meet the criteria but are encouraged to reapply when future vacancies are announced.
- For professions requiring registration with professional boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and work licenses.
- All invited candidates should log into their accounts to retrieve their exam numbers, as they will not be provided on the interview day.
- Please note that Dodoma’s weather is cold, and candidates are advised to dress appropriately for the chilly conditions.
