POSITION: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
A solid academic foundation to support business strategy, client engagement, and market analysis.

Experience in Tendering and Proposal Writing (preferred)
Proven ability to identify opportunities, prepare bids, and manage tender submissions effectively.

Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
Ability to engage clients, build relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Digital and Research Skills
Proficiency in using online platforms for tender search, market research, social media management, and reporting tools.
