Basic Job Functions

Recruitment, training, and coaching of the Sales Team
Ensuring the team achieves sales targets
Ensuring the portfolio performs within company standards
Timely submission of reports

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-related field
At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Proficiency in computer applications

Other Attributes

Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team
Good customer care skills
Possess analytical, good communication, and reporting skills
Good problem analysis and solving skills
