Position: Forklift Operator

Core Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using various forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck).
• Transport materials to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Perform picking and put-away tasks in high-level storage racks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts.
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator is required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating different types of forklifts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse layout and inventory management.
• Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination. Physical Demands:
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and operate hand/ foot controls.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Other: Safety-first mindset, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
